ACHICA is an online members-only luxury lifestyle store that is free to join.

If like me you enjoy getting those lovely catalogues through the post that contain lots of gorgeous pretty things for the home, or clothing or unusual toys that you don’t see on the high street (or supermarket.)

Well ACHICA is a bit like that, but it is on your computer and the catalogue changes every day.  It is a members only site – but a couple of clicks and you are in, it is free to join (and pain free)

And then there is just…soo…many…pretty…things!

And a complete range in price from maybe kitchen utensils for under £5 to furniture into £1000’s.  But it is all discounted and there really is just so much choice.  From the everyday things like irons, to unusual, more unique children’s toys and clothes, garden furniture and also jewellery and household furnishings.

I was asked to review the process of joining and ordering and was sent some vouchers to choose an item.

The joy of choosing went on for a couple of weeks – every day you can (choose to) get an email with what the promotions are that day and then you can go on the website and pour over it all.  There was so much I kept playing the game of putting stuff in the baskets and then thinking, no, no I want something different.  Of course this was a very enjoyable game!

On the day I did choose the most gorgeous Bronte merino lambswool throws were on offer and when I saw a red one with stars on I might have melted a little bit.  That went into the basket, and stayed there.

I also couldn’t resist an Orange Tree Emily doll, not for me of course, but for my Niece to play with when she visits  *ahem*

ACHICA review

When ordering anything, you will be given a delivery date.  Most of them are in a couple of weeks time, so you do need to be a bit organised if you want to order for presents (and I can’t mention the December event yet but that C thing)

I was sent an email and text of the day they were arriving and they arrived at the right time and in good packaging.

The blanket is just pure luxury, and at this time of year when I am the last nutter in shorts it is perfect for the sofa in the evenings (obviously no cats or children are allowed near it!)

the dolly is gorgeous, really great quality and not plastic and modern.  My Niece was rather pleased with her and we had a tea party to celebrate

I was sent a voucher for free to choose an item or 2 so I could review the store.
